Part-time studies
They last two years and students get awarded by 120 credits (ECTS). The courses are organised on weekdays and Online in theoretical parts and Onsite with practical experiences. These studies are custom-made to meet the needs of adult students; they last two years and students get awarded by 120 ECTS credits.
The Student year involves 34 weeks of educational work in project assignments Q&As, of which 10 weeks of work placement in companies or in intercompany education centers.
The courses are carried out twice or three times a week in the afternoon using a system of successive subjects (max. two subjects in parallel).
Competencies Achieved:
- acquisition of generic and professional – specific competence in the professional field of catering and tourism;
- knowledge of basic economic legality and legal regulations in catering and tourism;
- proficiency in foreign languages;
- the ability to design tourism products and organisation of events;
- acquisition of knowledge for the independent management of trips, organisation and facilitation of events;
- knowledge for an independent and successful management of work processes in a hotel household or its department;
- understanding the meaning of complementary tourism activities to design and attain a more diverse offer;
- acquisition of ability of independent decision-making and critical thinking;
- understanding and knowing the situation in the market and in catering and tourism companies
Study Format:
- This is a 2-year internationally accredited programme, evaluated with 120 ECTS credits. Upon completion, students receive an EU-recognized diploma.
- The programme follows a blended learning approach, combining structured in-person sessions with tech-enhanced study support such as digital materials, recorded lectures, and interactive tools. Courses are designed to be manageable and flexible, helping students balance work, personal life, and education, while still ensuring active participation and high educational quality.
- At the start of the academic year, you receive a full-year schedule to plan your commitments.While attendance is required, you can rewatch lecture recordings online to keep up with coursework.
- Some practical activities are conducted on-site – you will be informed well in advance.
