How to Enroll

To enroll into our Enterpreneurship and International Business program, you need to have a higher education entrance qualification acknowledged by Slovenian legislation.

We accept applicants who possess one of the following secondary education certificates:

• Slovenian secondary school leaving certificates (baccalaureate, vocational baccalaureate, four year secondary school graduation certificate)

• An equivalent international certificate, the equivalence of which must be assessed and approved by ERUDIO Center for Higher Education.

Applicants must be proficient in the languages of instruction offered by the school: English or Slovenian.

Enrollment for the 2026/2027 academic year begins on 18 February 2026. The academic year begins on 1 October 2026.

ENROLMENT DEADLINES

The required supporting documents are evidence of completion of secondary education (general secondary school leaving certificate or vocational secondary school leaving certificate or leaving certificate for the relevant vocational secondary education programme). School leaving certificates for the 3rd and 4th years of secondary school or any comparable secondary school education.

If, according to the admission criteria, the candidate is entering the second or third year of secondary school, the application must be accompanied by a diploma of a higher vocational school or a certificate of partial completion of examinations.

The following will be taken into account as being on time:

• an application completed and submitted by electronic signature in eVŠ by the closing date; and
• an application that has been completed in eVŠ, printed in the same wording as the wording in the last eVŠ form submitted, signed and sent by registered post to the higher education institution by the closing date.

Regardless of the method of application, the candidate must submit the annexes to the application electronically via the eVŠ portal.

Candidates who hold a certificate obtained abroad must complete the application for recognition of foreign qualifications together with their application education for the purpose of continuing education and attach the relevant supporting documents or attach to the application a decision recognising the foreign education, if this has already been issued. The relevant supporting documents are certified true copies of original certificates and other documents referred to in the lists of supporting documents and annexes on the eligibility requirements for applicants with foreign documents, which the applicant sends to the address of the higher education institution. In the case of admission of foreign nationals to study programmes conducted in Slovene, In the case of admission of foreign nationals to study programmes conducted in Slovene, a certificate of knowledge of the Slovene language is also required. Any publicly valid certificate is considered to be an appropriate certificate document issued in Slovenia. Alternatively, a sufficient knowledge of the Slovene language can also be proven in an interview, in which case no certificate is required. Alternatively, the interview may be used to assess sufficient knowledge of the English language, in which case a certificate is not required.

APPLICATIONS DEADLINES

• 1st deadline for first applications: 18.2.2026 to 20.3.2026
• 2nd deadline for the second application: 21.3.2026 to 27.8.2026
• 3rd deadline for applications to fill the remaining vacancies: 28.8.2026 to 30.9.2026.

Admitted candidates must be enrolled until 30 September 2026.

They will receive instructions how to enroll via email after paying full tuition fee.

Method of application

Applicants apply for admission via an online application on the eVŠ portal

• with a qualified digital certificate and the equivalent mobile identity smsPASS, he/she shall not send the printed form by post, but shall submit his/her application for enrolment in the eVŠ by the closing date of the application period. He/she must send by registered post to the HEI those annexes to the application form which he/she indicates on the application form that he/she will submit by post (the annex must bear a reference to the enrolment application number).
• without a qualified digital certificate (with a username and password), he/she must send the enrolment application form electronically to the eHEI, then print it, sign it and submit it with the attachments. Send it by registered post or hand deliver it to the higher education institution within a maximum of five (5) days from the electronic submission of the application form to the eVŠ.
• With AAI - Invoice, the printed form is not sent by post. An application completed with an AAI invoice and sent to the eHEI by the deadline set by the call for applications will be considered on time.”
