The quality standards applied by ERUDIO Business School were set out in 2009, before we welcomed our first generation of students. These standards are the basis of our work and development. In 2010, we approved a Strategic Development Plan and a Quality Development Plan, which dictate our quality standards. Our quality assessment system monitors how our school functions in interaction with the environment, employees and students. We take care to implement timely measures to ensure better quality. Our Quality Management Committee includes student and expert associate representatives. The Committee meets regularly and draws up annual Self-Assessment reports.
We strive to account for more and more factors (economic stakeholders, etc.) that affect the quality of our work every year. This allows us to monitor the quality and employability of our students.
We provide personnel consistency, and encourage the development of our lecturers and other employees. We believe in an individually tailored approach – we follow our students individually, and consider this to be a distinctive advantage of our small school.
We raise our standards every year, as we know there is always room for improvement.
