You can apply:
- online, using an online appliction form or
- by sending your documents by regular mail.
What you need to apply:
- A certified copy of your high school certificate (or vocational high school certificate) with grades from the last two years of your schooling. The date and the publisher of the certificate must be clearly stated on the certificate.
- A copy of your valid national identification card or passport
- Your photo
If your documents are not in English, you must provide officially certified translations.
