All applications must be submitted electronically via the eVŠ portal during the open application periods.
Application deadlines for the school year 2026/2027
First Application Period: February 18, 2026 – March 18, 2026
Second Application Period: August 21, 2026 – August 27, 2026 (only if spots are available)
Eligibility:
Candidates who have already studied in higher education for three years in Slovenia are not eligible for full-time vocational studies but may apply for part-time studies.
Confirmation & selection results:
Once your application is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
The results of the selection process will be announced on:
- July 25, 2026 (first application period)
- September 22, 2026 (second application period)
Results will be available in the eVŠ portal.
Required documents for application ( If you are accepted, you will need to provide the following documents for enrollment and recognition of foreign education):
- Verified Slovene translation of the general certificate of secondary education
- Verified copies of the certificates from the last two years of secondary school
- Verified Slovene translations of the certificates from the last two years of secondary school/high school diploma
- Copy of identification document (passport or personal ID card)
- Chronological description of your entire education path
- Completed application for recognition of foreign education – Form N
Please be aware that we must receive your complete documentation before the official publication of the selection results on the eVŠ portal. This is necessary because, prior to the publication of results, the school is legally required to send your documents to the Ministry for the recognition of foreign education and prepare the official decision. Without timely submission of your documents, we cannot complete this mandatory process, which may prevent your enrollment even if you are accepted.
Enrollment process and deadlines:
If accepted, you will receive instructions from the college.
- First round: Complete enrollment by August 18, 2026
- Second round: Complete enrollment by October 1, 2026
