Are you interested in studying online?
At our school, online study programs take place in our virtual environment (ERUDIO Online), with the help of our tutor.
At the beginning of your studies, you take a seminar that teaches you everything you need to know about ERUDIO Online and our virtual classroom (Moodle). A week later, you learn how to use our virtual classroom at home, with our full technical support. Our goal is to teach you everything about the virtual classroom and all the technical details before classes start.
Courses at our school follow one another, which means that the second course starts right after the first one finishes (it takes 4–5 weeks per course). You study with the help of forums, chatrooms, virtual seminars – all of these allow you to remain in close contact with your classmates and lecturers. Of course, you can always talk to your tutor if you need any help.
The schedule and the calendar for the current academic year are provided right after enrollment, so you are always on track with what is going on. This allows you to organize your time the way that suits you best.
You can access all the instructions, study materials and other information on Moodle.
You will have to write coursework, project papers and complete other assignments according to your lecturers' instructions. Whether you tackle these tasks on a daily basis or over weekends, is entirely up to you.
Your work is evaluated and will be a part of the final grade.
TUTORING
Online learning is a friendly form of studying. All of the activities can be done from home, using a computer and a videocamera that you are provided with upon enrollment.
Online learning is takes place in Moodle, a virtual environment with a virtual classroom for each subject. The virtual classroom is divided into several sections, such as: course materials, forums, calendar, student-to-student and student-to-lecturer communication mechanisms, etc. The lecturer gives lectures using a computer, and students can participate in the debate. All lectures are recorded and can be re-watched at any time. Homework and coursework are handed in electronically. This accelerates assessment processes and the students get access to their marks and teachers' feedback very fast.
We also provide our students with a tutor. The tutor's job is to make sure that all of the necessary materials are available, and to ensure that the learning process does not get interrupted. The tutor also follows the debates on forums, in order to find out what the students want and need. This is especially important in the first stages of online learning, when a lot of attention is concentrated on technical support.
With appropriate help, online learning provides a high quality and efficient experience.
