Z nekaj preventivnimi ukrepi pa lahko kar sami poskrbimo, da se ne znajdemo med njimi. Morda vam bo v pomo\u010d nekaj nasvetov:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">naredite preventivno kuro proti prehladu z doma\u010do tinkturo ameri\u0161kega slamnika,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vsak dan u\u017eivajte veliko kvalitetne zelenjave in sadja. Odli\u010dni prepre\u010devalci oku\u017eb so \u010desen, \u010debula, \u010dema\u017e in ingver,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">za bolj\u0161o odpornost si vsako jutro pripravite napitek iz vode, cimeta, kurkume in soka limone, ki mu dodate malo medu,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010dez dan popijte veliko \u010daja. Odli\u010den je \u0161ipkov \u010daj, saj vsebuje veliko vitamina C.<\/span><br \/>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NARAVNI SIRUP PROTI KA\u0160LJU\u00a0<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V vrelo vodo (2,5 dl) namo\u010dite 6 lovorjevih listov in jih na minimalnem ognju kuhajte \u00a06 do 10 minut. Lovorjeve liste odstranite in prime\u0161ajte 6 \u010dajnih \u017elic kokosovega sladkorja. Ko se sirup ohladi, dodajte sok limone in preme\u0161ajte. <\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PREHLAD &#8211; ZAVARUJTE SE Z NARAVNO KOPELJO<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pripravite si vro\u010do kopel in v njej u\u017eivajte 20 minut. Kopeli dodajte grobo morsko sol in eteri\u010dno olje ro\u017emarina, timijana ali cimeta. Potem pa v posteljo in drugi dan se boste po\u010dutili kot novi!<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NAMAZ ZA KREPITEV IMUNSKEGA SISTEMA<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zme\u0161ajte 2 \u017elici drobno zmletih mandljev (ali orehov), \u00a0\u017eli\u010dko limoninega soka, 2 \u017elici kokosovega masla, 2 \u017elici zme\u010dkanega avokada ali kakovostnega olja (orehovo, konopljino, arganovo, olj\u010dno), \u017elico mletih za\u010dimb (kurkuma, klin\u010dki, cimet, \u010dili), vsaj 1 cm naribanega ingverja.
