To\u00a0lahko dose\u017eemo z rednim izvajanjem razteznih vaj. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tokrat smo vam pripravili vaje, s katerimi si boste povrnili gibljivost in raztegnili mi\u0161ice.
