Tofu ali seitan oplaknite s hladno vodo, obri\u0161ite do suhega in zre\u017eite na 1 cm debele rezine. \u010cesen olupite.<br \/>\n2. Balzami\u010dni kis zme\u0161ate z rde\u010dim vinom, sojino omako, 1 \u017elico olja, 100 ml vode, \u010desnom, timijanom, origanom, lovorom. Marinado zavrete in z njo prelijete tofu. V hladilniku naj stoji vsaj 4 ure oz. pol dneva.<br \/>\n3. Isto\u010dasno namo\u010dite suhe brusnice v 2 dcl vode, jih zavrite in pustite.<br \/>\n4. Le\u0161nike v ponvi proti sprijemanju popra\u017eite brez ma\u0161\u010dobe in jih nasekljajte.<br \/>\n5. Za rde\u010de zelje z brusnicami olupite \u010debulo in jo na drobno nasekljajte. Zelje operite, o\u010distite in drobno nastrgajte (&#8220;naribajte&#8221;).<br \/>\n6. V loncu s premazom proti sprijemanju segrejte olje in podu\u0161ite \u010debulo da postekleni. Vme\u0161ajte zelje, ga malo solite in med me\u0161anjem 3 minute segrevajte. Pokapajte z limoninim sokom,\u00a0 da ohrani lepo vijola barvo, pokrijte in du\u0161ite 5 minut. Zalijte z zelenjavno juho, ga pokrijte in na \u0161ibkem ognju kuhajte 10 minut.<br \/>\n7. Vme\u0161ajte brusni\u010dni kompot. Rde\u010de vino raz\u017evrkljajte s \u0161krobom in ga vme\u0161ajte v zelje. Na hitro prevrite, da se omaka zgosti. Shranite ga na toplem.<br \/>\n8. Tofu\/seitan vzamete iz marinade in odcedite. Ponev za \u017ear prema\u017eite na tanko z oljem in pecite tofujeve\/seitanove rezine (na vsaki strani 2 minuti).<br \/>\n9. Tofu\/seitan potresite z le\u0161niki in\u00a0po porcijah razdelite z rde\u010dim zeljem z brusnicami.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Odli\u010dna priloga so mlinci, ki vsebujejo p\u0161enico, ali kuhan krompir, \u010de bi se ji radi izognili.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ob kosilu se poda rde\u010de vino, ki\u00a0ste ga uporabili za rde\u010de zelje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poleg tega da je obrok zelo okusen, boste z rde\u010dim zeljem, ki je sve\u017ee, lokalno in sezonsko,\u00a0 prejeli obilico vitaminov, med njimi antioksidantov, antocianinov ter vlaknin.
