Vsi ti dejavniki izsu\u0161ijo vrhnjo plast ko\u017ee, zato vrhnjica postane debelej\u0161a. Posledica je pospe\u0161eno lu\u0161\u010denje ko\u017ee, kar povzro\u010di zama\u0161itev izvodil \u017elez lojnic z odmrlimi ko\u017enimi celicami. Loj, ki ko\u017ei daje za\u0161\u010ditni premaz, se ne izlo\u010da pravilno na povr\u0161je ko\u017ee, hkrati ko\u017ea tudi prekomerno izgublja vodo. Prvi korak pravilne oskrbe ko\u017ee je ne\u017een piling celotnega telesa kot tudi obraza. Uporabite lahko izdelke, ki vsebujejo kisline AHA (npr. mle\u010dna kislina) ali BHA (npr. salicilna kislina), retinol (vitamin A) ali retinoide (derivat vitamina A). Piling si lahko pripravite tudi doma, in sicer obstaja veliko na\u010dinov priprave.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ne\u017een piling s sodo bikarbono<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: uporabite lahko \u010distilno mleko, ki ga uporabljate tudi sicer. V 4 \u017elice \u010distilnega mleka dodajte 2 \u017elici sode bikarbone. Dobro preme\u0161ajte in s to me\u0161anico s kro\u017enimi gibi ne\u017eno masirajte ko\u017eo po telesu in obrazu. Nato ko\u017eo sperite in nanesite vla\u017eilno kremo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ne\u017een piling z AHA kislinami<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Zme\u0161ajte 3 \u017eli\u010dke zmletega ovsa in \u00bc \u017eli\u010dke jabol\u010dnega kisa. Dobro preme\u0161ajte, da dobite gladko zmes, nato dodajte \u00bc \u017elice limoninega soka in \u00bd \u017elice sladkorja. Nanesite na ko\u017eo in pustite delovati 10 minut. S kro\u017enimi gibi masirajte ko\u017eo po celotnem telesu, saj s tem pove\u010date tudi krvni obtok. Poleg nege ko\u017ee sta pomembna tudi pravilna prehrana in vnos zadostne koli\u010dine vode v telo. Nekatera \u017eivila vsebujejo snovi, ki blagodejno delujejo na ko\u017eo, kot so npr. vitamin A in C, vitamini B-kompleksa ter vitamin E, betakaroten, selen, cink in baker.
